We ordered a door from you back in June 2016. I don't recall giving you feedback at all.
I think the item number was 121997671228.
Anyway, it was a hardwood stable door and you kindly gave it a couple of coats of alu primer prior to delivery.
We installed the door and having given it its final top coat, fitted the glass and door furniture it looks and works wonderfully.
Thank you very much for your work. Its such a privilege to have a hand made item rather than a mass made item.
Keep up the good work and we may be in touch again should a need arise.

The chap who did the packing of it for transportation deserves a real pat on the back..!!. It arrived in perfect condition .. the packing was true art!

Just want to pass on how delighted we are with the staircase and really pleased . Re waxing it chaps that fitted it said not to for couple of weeks to let the oak settle re temperature so what do you think ? I have waxed the rail only but tempted to do it all ?
